1. About Scanmaxx

Scanmaxx is an AI-powered face analysis and entertainment tool. It provides AI-generated estimates, scores, tiers and self-improvement suggestions based on an uploaded image.

2. Entertainment only

Scanmaxx reports are for entertainment and general self-improvement inspiration only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, professional or scientific advice.

Do not use Scanmaxx results to make important decisions about yourself or others.

3. User responsibility

By using Scanmaxx, you agree that:

• You will only upload images of yourself or images you have permission to use.
• You will not upload illegal, harmful or abusive content.
• You will not use the service to harass, shame, bully or target other people.
• You understand that AI results can be inaccurate or subjective.

4. Payments

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown before payment. Access to the full report is granted after a successful payment.

Because Scanmaxx provides digital content that is generated and unlocked immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once the report is unlocked, unless required by law.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Scanmaxx available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be changed, paused or discontinued.

6. AI accuracy

Scanmaxx uses AI and computer vision tools. Results may vary depending on lighting, camera angle, image quality, facial expression and AI interpretation.

Scores, PSL tiers and suggestions should be understood as estimates, not objective truth.

7. No harmful use

You may not use Scanmaxx to bully, discriminate against, exploit, rate or target other people without their consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scanmaxx is not responsible for indirect losses, emotional distress, misuse of results, technical issues or decisions made based on AI-generated output.
